Various technologies and investment information from each company, institution and person are collected in one place for digital contents and introduce such contents to each country in a way of heightening the technology development, presenting the repeated investment to upgrade the ASEAN technology level in general. Background   ASEAN is in the most rapidly economically developing region of the world   ASEAN is a major economic partner of Korea the 5th trade partner of Korea in 2003 (USD 38.8 bil.) the 3rd investment partner of Korea in 2003(USD 10.7 bil.)   Importance of mutual cooperation between participating countries and Korea is getting greater   Industrial and technological cooperation is becoming increasingly essential in successful national economic development   Technology transfer (TT) is holding the key to the question of developing international competitiveness of each country.   Demand on the information of the investment and TT has been increasing between participating countries · Enterprises have difficulty in acquiring information related to investment and TT.   In line with this growing information demand, establishing network of information on investment and technology transfer between participating countries is inevitable.   Providing Information   * Technology The menu, 'TECHNOLOGY', provides you with the technology information that the experts (individuals/organizations) of ITTIN, want to offer or request.   - SEARCH TECHNOLOGY : you can search the technologies registered on the ITTIN site by using various search categories, such as by technology area, by country or by terms of transfer, in the sub-menu.   - OFFER : the sub-menu provides you with the technology information, which the experts of ITTIN want to sell.   - REQUEST : the sub-menu provides you with the technology information, which the experts of ITTIN want to buy.   * Support "Support" provides technology transfer related information such as news, regulation, governmental support, administrative process and intellectual property information etc.   - NEWS : the up-to-date information, such as the successful stories associated with the technology transfers, is provided in the sub-menu.   - REFERENCE : the sub-menu provides you with the required information, which you should know when you transfer any technologies since it includes the policy, laws, supporting systems and forms associated with the technology transfer of the countries participating in the ITTIN.   * Expert -Technology Transfer Expert Information contains Organization Information and Individual Expert information. Organizations related to Technology Transfer shall include but not be limited to research labs, financial org. and government agency. Individuals related to Technology Transfer shall include but not be limited to technology consultants, financial consultants, IPR consultants and researchers, etc.
